One of our favorite FJ43's of all time

One of our favorite builds of all time, this FJ43 California was commissioned by a die-hard Land Cruiser enthusiast who lives between Saudi Arabia and San Diego, California.  Although the car’s original color was orange, he requested we paint it white and add a tan interior, a color combination we can definitely stand behind.

The Land Cruiser was completely tailor-built according to the owner’s specifications, combining elements he admired from different FJ models.  The tan interior combined with the white exterior and beige soft-top gives it a striking look.  The beige front grill brings balance to the overall color pattern. To give it a rugged feel, the car was built on 33" BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires (logos are deliberately facing outwards) using an Old Man Emu suspension with 2 inches of lift, and new or zinc plated bolts throughout were left exposed.  The absense of hubcaps is one choice that only a true Land Cruiser die hard would make - and we love it!

In terms of driving comfort and safety features, we built the vehicle using a 4-speed manual transmission, front disk brakes, and LED headlights.  Apart from that, the vehicle is mostly stock, including the rebuilt Toyota F Engine, staying true to the authenticity, simplicity, and ruggedness of the FJ Land Cruiser.
