Beautifully painted in its factory-correct "John Deere Green"
This 1983 FJ40 maintains its original 4.2 liter engine, 4-sp gearbox, power steering and power 4-drum brakes. This iconic truck was frame-off restored by The FJ Company.
It looks, feels and smells like new -- inside, outside and underneath. Its suspension, brakes and steering were rebuilt and both differentials and the gearbox received a full overhaul. Also, the engine was completely disassembled and then put back together using original Toyota parts including new pistons, cam, valves and piston rings.
Throughout the interior all of the accessories, emblems and lights were replaced with OEM parts, giving it a new car smell. This FJ40 was finished with a brand new canvas top made with the original material.
